As Mardaş Marmara Deniz İşletmeciliği Anonim Şirketi, our main objective to is create the necessary wareness and culture for occupational health and safety matters with all our Works including senior management at all stages of port services, agency services and temporary storage services. Believing that all occupational accidents and diseases may be prevented, we ensure safe and healthy working conditions.
As we direct our work with this understanding, in the direction to be respectable to society, our main responsibilities include:

Ensuring occupational health and safety of all our employees, external suppliers, customers and all related partners;

Having Occupational Health and Safety Management System acknowledged by employees and external suppliers and organizing necessary training and awareness activities for its implementation;

Supporting requests, suggestions and innovative solutions regarding Occupational Health and Safety;

Preventing or minimizing all occupational safety and health hazards and risks with a systematic approach in all activities and directing sources for this purpose regarding technological developments;

Planning constant improvement activities for OHS Management and OHS performance to prevent health disorders, injuries, occupational diseases and work accidents and supervising the implementation and performance within the scope of planned objectives;

Ensuring full compliance and satisfaction of obligations regarding employee health and safety by national legislation and international standards.
Our company will evaluate its services by legal conditions and TS EN ISO 45001: 2018 standard and observe our OHS policy.
While adapting that Occupational Health and Safety Management System may only be implemented with success and constantly development with participation of workers’ representatives and employees, Mardaş Marmara Deniz İşletmeciliği Anonim Şirketi believes and undertakes that it is possible ensure our OHS Policy with communication and training given to its employees.
