Our Employment Policy :
We choose and employ the person who has the required performance and sufficiency to help us reaching Our company vision and maintain continuity on this progress.
We prefer employing our own staff to the vacancies, especially for the manager positions. It is our basic principle to reward our personnel by designating with an upper title who has been aware about Mardas process and willing to contribute its process with their Mardas culture.
Our vacancy positions are being announced via our net site, kariyer.net or newspaper announcements. We are always open for general applications. All applications are gathered together in our application pool in order to be evaluated when needed.
During the employment process, not only the status of the nominees (education background, foreign languages, work experience, relevant certificates, licenses, technical and managerial knowledge and abilities, etc ) are important but also their adaptation to our establishment and sufficiency of realizing our basic principles is important for us as well.
Career Building :
We are following up / improving the perfection of our staff for their current positions, for upper positions or for some other positions with our performance evaluation system.

Under Training Possibilities :
We provide facilities for the successful students of educational intuitions (such as Universities, colleges, technical high schools, etc
) to fulfill their internship obligations both ashore and on our ships.
We are willing to make these adopted students join us with their superior performances and become a member of our Mardas family.
Salary Policy :
Mardas staff are paid with net incomes in order to avoid any losses against the possible legal deductions. We intend to reward our personnel showing the right performance, to better their perfections and also assist them maintaining their life standards towards the inflation reality. The salary arrangements are done in accordance with staff performances and the inflation movements to reach our aim.
Facilities other than the salary :
Lunch is available inside our building and transportation is arranged by the service bus.
Our company doctor is ready to serve Mardas staff 3 days a week, whereas he serves their family members once a week. He gives relevant briefings to make our workers become more conscious.
Various sportive and cultural activities are done occasionally aiming to come together and better the motivation and communication of our personnel.
Trainings :
We organize some trainees for improving the background, abilities and behaviors of our staff periodically at Mardas,
We give orientation trainees to the new members of Mardas family or the ones attended for a new position. After completion of this trainee period we evaluate their full performances.
